Can I book a room before I arrive in Poland?

Of course! The entire booking process takes place online. You can choose a room, sign the contract, and get confirmation — before you even pack your suitcase.

What's included in the apartment?

Everything you need to get started. Furniture, appliances, fast internet, bedding, and even basic items in a welcome pack. You don’t need to bring anything from home.

How can I contact you after arrival?

Through the app, chat, phone — whatever works for you. We’re close by and we really do respond. Got a question? Let us know, and we’ll help.

What if something breaks?

Report it in the app — we’ll take action. In case of a breakdown, we provide service and technical support, often on the same day.

Do I need to speak Polish?

No. We provide service in both Polish and English. You’ll also get the contract in your language version.
